William (Bill) Eugene Champagne, age 55 of Ste.Anne, Manitoba and a long time resident of Giroux, Manitoba went home to be with the Lord. He passed away peacefully with his family by his side, on Friday, July 21, 2000 at the Ste. Anne Hospital. He leaves to mourn, his parents, Les & Margaret Champagne, 5 brothers and 2 sisters: Fred (Shirley), Ernie (Verna), Richard (Yvonne), Craig (Patsy), Randy, Anne (Stan), Kathleen and many nieces and nephews. Bill leaves an extended family in Ste. Anne at Dawson Trail Opportunities; Jean-Louis and Lucy, Mickey and Joyce and all the participants whom he loved and they loved him; also many aunts and uncles and their families. The funeral service for Bill will be held Wednesday, July 26, 2000 at 2:00 p.m. with viewing prior to the service at the Ste. Anne Roman Catholic Church, Ste. Anne, Manitoba with Father Bonin officiating. Interment at the churchyard cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Dawson Trail Opportunities, 41 Arena Road, Ste.
