Our precious mother was peacefully carried into the arms of Jesus at the Rest Haven Nursing Home in Steinbach. Margaret Loeppky was predeceased by her husband, Jacob F. Loeppky, in 1991. She is survived by two children: Edward and Mary Loeppky of Kelowna, BC and Rosella and Ben Friesen of Victoria, BC; seven grandchildren and their spouses, and 15 great grandchildren; one sister: Agnes Steingart of Steinbach; two brothers-in-law: Henry Fehler and Henry Wiebe; two sisters-in-law: Erma Loeppky and Helen Hiebert; and many nephews and nieces. A celebration of Margaret’s life will be held on Saturday, October 2 at 11:00 a.m. at the Word of Life Mission Church in Niverville with a time of fellowship to follow. Viewing will be at Birchwood Funeral Chapel, Friday, October 1, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. with a devotional at 7:30 p.m. Our family cannot praise highly enough the quality of care given by Marge & Roger Armbruster & family and the staff at Rest Haven Nursing Home.
