Rowena Reimer passed away peacefully November 4, 2010 at the Rest Haven Nursing Home Steinbach, MB. She will be lovingly remembered by her sister Wilma and husband Harold Suderman of Guelph, ON and their families, sister-in-law Phyllis Reimer (Ray) and families of Freeman, South Dakota, brother Edgar (Olga) Refiner and families of Winnipeg and brother Wesley (Charlotte) Reimer and families of Steinbach, MB. Rowena was predeceased by her parents Klaas H.W. and Mary Reimer of Steinbach and brother Raymond of Freeman South Dakota. Rowena was lovingly cared for by the nurses and staff at Rest Haven, Kindale Residence, Kindale Occupational Center and palliative care. For this the family is truly grateful. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held at Birchwood Funeral Chapel on Saturday, November 13 at 11:00 a.m. with ash interment to follow at Pioneer Cemetery in Steinbach.
