David Cayer was born December 22, 1921 and passed away peacefully on January 5, 2012. David resided in Vassar, MB for most of his life. Chalet Malouin, St. Malo was home for 15 years and lastly Vita Personal Care Home. David was predeceased by his wife Antoinette; his parents Albert and Alma, brother Raymond, sisters Aurore Levesque and Grace Lamy. He is survived by brothers Richard, Cub (Joyce), sisters Francis Rempel , Lorraine Sinclair, Gert Cote, Gail Hunter (Richard) and Judy Preteau. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held Tuesday, January 10, 2012 at 1:30 p.m. at Birchwood Funeral Chapel, 150 Penfeld Dr, Steinbach, MB
