Peacefully, on Mon, Dec. 18, 2006 at Bethesda Hospital in Steinbach, Nick Zulak passed away at the age of 86 years. He is survived by his wife Lena, children: Ann (Peter) Dyback, Edith (Peter) Broesky both of Steinbach and Elaine (Richard) Zulak of Edmonton, four grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Dad was involved with Southeast Forest Products for 25 years as a lumber jack and also owned a gravel truck for some years. He retired at age 68, but later once again became active after purchasing his own mill. Prayers will be said at Birchwood Funeral Chapel, Steinbach on Thurs, Dec 21 at 7 p.m. Funeral Service will be held at Birchwood Funeral Chapel on Fri, Dec 22 at 10:30 a.m. with interment at the St. Peter & Paul Ukrainian Catholic Cemetery at Pansy.
