Rosie passed away on Monday, February 20, 2012 at the Bethesda Hospital in Steinbach, MB. She is survived by one son, three daughters, 10 grandchildren and one great-grandchild: Anita (Abe) Krahn of Steinbach, their son Kevin and grandson Justin; Ernie (Bonnie) Peters of Kleefeld, their children Tracey, Justin and Kyle; Erica (Peter) Dyck of Kleefeld, their children Kailey, Nigel, Brayton and Alaron; Perl (James) Wilton of Ontario, and their children; Nicholas and Chantel. Rosie is also survived by two brothers, Ben (Nettie) Unrau and John (Tina) Unrau of Paraguay, SA, one sister Doris (John) Dueck of Winnipeg, MB, two sisters-in-law and their families. Rosie was predeceased by her husband, Solomon W. Peters on January 21, 2005, three daughters, one son; her parents John and Anna Unrau, and two brothers Dennis Unrau and Clare Unrau. Viewing will be held at Birchwood Funeral Chapel in Steinbach on Thursday, February 23, 2012 from 7:00 - 7:30 p.m. followed by a devotional and at the church prior to the service. The funeral service will be held on Friday, February 24, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. at the New Bothwell Sommerfeld Church, with burial at the New Bothwell Sommerfeld Cemetery.
