Our condolences to the Grumm family. George always had a remark to make about what was going on. He will be sadly missed by all. He was so helpful to his sisters Sandra and Marlene with things they needed to be built or fixed. Enjoy the memories you have of him. Our love and hugs to you all. Love Len & Sandy

The man, the myth, the legend, my Uncle George. Here was a man that always shot from the hip and called it the way it was. Real as real gets, and true as true can be. He was always quick with a quip, and could always be counted on for a good laugh. He has refreshed me many a time in my life with his playful, lighthearted nature, and his kind, caring heart.
Love Him, miss him, appreciate him. He was one of a kind and really of a dying breed. He was a true outdoorsman, that had the ability and understanding of how to be self sufficient. He could pretty well fix or repair eveything known to man. A man that was Cut from the bush, and about the bush. He was one of the final true frontiersman. Logging, fishing, hunting, foraging, trapping. He was always larger than life to me, and I am very proud that he was my Uncle.

George was a good man. He was a good story teller and had a good sense of humor. He would come into the office to see his sister Marlene and I really enjoyed our conversations. Our condolences to Marlene and Sandra and their family.
