hello tommy tomko sisters and family. my deepest condolences to you for your loss. i got to know tommy through luther home, i was driving for the day program so i got to meet tommy every week. had good chats with him plus his name was catchy"udderone". the last time i met him was approx. 3 months ago at no frills, i believe he was picking up supplies, so i chatted with him for about 5 mins. his passing caught me off guard especially after losing a younger cousin around easter weekend. your story offered a lifetime of memories my prayer is you can find comfort and peace in those stories. thomas

The last time I saw Tommy was at his mother Myrna's birthday. I didn't know Tommy well, but I did spend a lot of time talking with him at his mom's birthday. I knew from other close family members that Tommy was a kind, generous and friendly person. I certainly agreed with all those descriptions when I was talking with him that day. I wish to say here to Carrie-Lynn and Crystal's families how sorry I am that Tommy has left so many family members and friends by his passing. Cousin June Tyler

Tom, you were genuinely one of the nicest guys I ever met. I look back at our time as neighbors and remember playing basketball and going for rips on my dirt bike with you and your three wheeler. You were raised very well and I am sad you are gone too soon. Will miss you at the car shows bud. Rip Tom.

Girls, I am so sorry to hear of Tommy’s passing. My memory of Tommy is of him and Jeffrey playing in the mud and sand with their toy trucks and cars. He did love those toys. And he was just a big kid at heart still “playing” with things he loved. How lucky he was to find his joys in life.

I was saddened to hear of Tommy's death, even though it has been a couple of decades since I have talked to him. Looking at his picture, I might have seen him and not recognized him as he looks so different than he did as a kid! My most distinct memories of him were of him and Cindy hanging out in elementary school, going to his birthday party (maybe first grade, and it was such a fun day!), and playing on the school yard with a bunch of us after school when his dad would come by and give us an ice cream treat. That this was his dad was definitely a claim to fame in our eyes! I am sad for his death and sad for his family. Peace to you all in this time of grieving.

Tommy was one of a kind. We always enjoyed Tommy coming to Freedom Foods when your Dad was our Milk Man.
Tommy also went to school with our daughter.
Girls, you had great parents and an awesome brother, and our prayers go out to the both of you .

Tommy and I were in the same class together in Landmark. I always enjoyed Tom and his smile/sense of humor. We would sometimes play over at each others homes. I remember one day Tommy drove his dirtbike, pulling me in a wagon behind...at one point the wagon tipped over and I slid along the gravel, low and behold I got a pretty nasty road rash including some gravel that my mom had to dig out from my knee. Boys ha. Recently I got to visit with Tom during the times when he had his Udder truck into Ledingham for some mechanical work. It was almost as though time had not passed and I found him to be the same pleasant gentleman to visit with. I am so sad for those that will miss him and my thoughts go out with you. I will also miss his smile. Thank God for memories.

While I did not know Tommy, I always enjoyed my many chats with your dad in our business world, who left us way too soon. He was a wonderful man and I’m sure he passed some of his traits onto his children. Thinking of you at this difficult time.
