In loving memory of a loving husband, father, grandfather and brother, Jake Falk of Kleefeld, MB. He passed away at the age of 52 on April 30, 2012 at the Ste. Anne Hospital. He was born to Frank and Helena Falk of Mexico on April 18, 1960 and married to Aganetha Harder Falk for 32 years. They were blessed with six children (one deceased) and later six grandchildren. Viewing will be held at Birchwood Funeral Chapel on Thursday, May 3 at 7:00 p.m. The funeral service will be held Friday, May 4 at 2:00 p.m. at the New Bothwell Sommerfeld Church. Interment at the church cemetery. If friends so desire donations may be made to assist the family with funeral costs.
