This must leave such a huge hole in your heart, Lillian and Bernie. We may well have been among the first to meet Tim, as we gave birth to our sons/third child at the same hospital, just two days apart. They both had early health challenges. They both grew into fine young men. We think Tim had a gentle spirit, a trusting faith and one of the best smiles ever! Our hearts ache for all of you in this tremendously sudden, sad parting of the ways. Tim is in good hands now...
Love,
Baj and Marlene

We cherish all the memories that we have with Tim. In particular, I always knew that should I miss any detail during a preflight inspection of the airplane, I would be reminded of what I had missed. Of course he would be the manager of the airplane keys. He was always cheerful and the joke about not liking bananas did not get old. Our boys remember his presence and joy and we will miss him.

We call each other "boss" Tim loves chicken noodles soup overload from a hard days work.
A very hardworking guy, our house handy man, always come home with his hi visibility suit dirty the sign that he worked hard for the day, calling me on his way home to make sure i cooked his favorites.. he was a good friend, I will miss you "Boss" you broke my heart... we love you
Sincerest sympathies to the family...

We were privileged to have Timothy stay at our house on several occasions for weekends when Bernie & Lillian were away for a much needed R & R. We always enjoyed having him....he was such a delightful, happy child, so anxious to please and so full of questions, especially anything mechanical, be it an appliance, lawn/garden equipment, but especially my car. "Did it need an oil change....was there enough gas in the car" He did not like to see the gas gage go below the 1/4 mark!
It was evident from a very young age that he LOVED any and ALL keys. Even though I had 8-10 keys on my key chain, he knew what each was for and he remembered from one visit to the next.
One of my fondest memories (and picture) is of 6 year old Timmy sitting on my lap, facing me with "baby Caroline", as he called her between us proudly holding her bottle, with a huge smile on his face. He was so pleased to be "helping!"
We want to offer our love and heartfelt sympathy to Bernie &Lillian, his brother Chadwin, sister Angeline (Tony) Kieran & Gemma. Tim will certainly be missed by all who knew him.

"I have come home at last! This is my real country! I belong here. This is the land I have been looking for all my life, though I never knew it till now." C.S. Lewis
I spoke those words aloud to Tim just a few months ago; they are found in "The Last Battle", the last of seven books in the Chronicles of Narnia series. Over the past two+ years, Tim and I read all seven books in the Narnia series. I don't think he had read much (if ever) in his lifetime; however, he absolutely LOVED the time we spent reading together. And I believe this particular series of books strengthened his faith in Jesus Christ. He sure got excited when Aslan the Lion rose from the dead!!
And we were half-way through book one in a new series; it's still in the bag I bring to the house. We'll finish it when I see you again, Tim!
I love you Tim! We had some great times together, working with you both at your place and also at Eastman Recycling Services in Steinbach. And I look forward to seeing you again, hopefully very soon! :-)

Tim was a good friend. He always knew great detail about the car I drove, along with the nickname he gave it “hiccup mobile”. A special memory was when he and Bernie and I went up for a flight over Niverville, what a memory. It was always fun watching Winnipeg Jets games with Tim, as he always referred to Jets players by their uniform numbers. Did he ever like his salsa and chips, and pizza. Will miss him, his smile brought such joy.

My Condolences to you, Bernie and Lillian. Tim was a fun loving guy. He was a person that paid attention to detail. I spent lots of hours with him when he rode with me on the tractors, combine and truck. One funny story to share is during one sugar beet season Tim rode with me to the beet factory. Bishop Grandin was new and I took that route. Tim kept asking me," Where are you going Peter?" I told him they moved the beet factory. He didn't know what to make of that!! He figured it out!!

Dear Lillian and Bernie,
What a beautifully touching tribute to Tim!! loved babysitting for your family in my teens! I remember how you treated me with respect and value long before I earned the right through life’s hard lessons. I can’t begin to feel what you are going through as the thought of losing one of my sons is unimaginable. Know that everyone in your circle loves you and is there to support you when you are ready.
So much love to you,
Rebecca

Bernie and Lillian There are no words to express the sadness of the loss of your precious Tim. He will always remain in your hearts and memories as a bright light.
I will always smile when I think of coaching him in Special Olympics and encouraging him to run a little faster by barking at him. It was our joke as he didn’t like dogs.
May he Rest In Peace.
