With sadness we announce dad’s passing after a sudden illness. Joe is survived by loving wife Jeanette, sons Keith (Phyllis) and David (Maureen), grandchildren (Chris, Ryan, Nicole, Janelle), siblings (Paul, Trudi, Zelma) and their families. Dad taught at the University of Regina in the Faculty of Education.
