Obituary of Anne Hiebert

On January 22, 2022 our mother, grandmother and great-grandmother went to meet her heavenly father. Some of us were fortunate to be there at the time of her passing.

We hope she knew and it brought her peace. Anne (mom) is survived by her children Clarence, Phyllis (Ken), Stan (Joanne), Bob, Carol (Larry) Donny (Michelle) and Randy (Pauline). Grandma will be missed and survived by 12 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.

Mom was the last surviving member of her family to pass on. Mom was born on August 31, 1929 daughter of Abram and Helena Bergen. Mom was an amazingly hard worker who managed to raise seven children, farm, paint, cook, garden seemingly all at the same time! Never mind sneaking in 40 or so moves in her lifetime.

Mom enjoy your well-deserved peace and quiet. You had quite a life. Hope you and dad and the rest of your family are having a great time in heaven.

The come and go viewing will be held on Thursday, January 27, 2022, from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Birchwood Funeral Chapel, Steinbach, MB.

A private family livestreamed service will be held on Friday, January 28, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. at Birchwood Funeral Chapel, Steinbach with burial to follow at Heritage Cemetery.
