Obituary of Hein Froese
It is with sadness and much love we mourn the passing of our dear husband, dad, opa, brother, in-law, uncle, cousin and friend Hein. Hein passed away peacefully with his loving wife at his bedside after a short battle with cancer at home into his eternal home on Saturday, June 4, 2022, at the age of 66.
He was born on January 28, 1956, in Loma Plata, Paraguay, to his parents Heinrich & Anna Froese. Hein was the second of 12 children, two sisters and nine brothers grew up on a farm. Hein got baptised on May 18, 1975, and married the love of his life on October 22, 1977. He loved being a dad to his two sons and two daughters and even more being an opa to his five grandchildren and three step-grandchildren. He loved his Lord and Saviour and has showed it through so many things, his wish and prayer was that every single person would find Jesus and follow him. He loved singing and praising the Lord.
Hein enjoyed welding very much and was always trying to make something new if somebody would suggest something that he had not made before. He retired from his job at Hanover Feed-mill at the end of January 2021 and enjoyed more welding at home after his retirement. He loved it when he could make people happy with items that he made. He took his sweet time and tried to make it perfect even though it took much longer to finish it. His wife’s patience got tested many times.
Hein is survived by his loving wife of 44 years Maria, children: Erich & Girlfriend Alicia, three step-grandchildren: Ben, Alex, Mike. Carline & Erich Peters, grandchildren: Lionel, Laticia, Larry. Veronika and granddaughter Emily Zelinski. Albert and granddaughter Alexia. He is forever remembered by his siblings: Anni, Jacob, Peter, Gerhard, Bernhard, Cornelius, Maria, Willy, Hans, and Isaac with their families, in-laws, many nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.
He was predeceased by his parents Heinrich & Anna Froese and brother Martin at the age of three.
Hein was holding unto Psalm 23.
We would like to thank the cancer care team and Doctor Reimer for the loving and special care Hein received. Also, a very special thanks to all the family and friends that made time to come and visit. May the Lord Bless you.
