Obituary of Irene Warkentin

Peacefully on Saturday, October 29, 2022, Irene was called home by her Heavenly Father.

She is survived by brothers Peter (Lies) and Werner, sisters Marlies Thiessen and Hedy Friesen (John), two sisters-in-law Erna Warkentin and Ursula Warkentin and many nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her parents David and Margaret Warkentin (nee Thiessen), brothers Dave, John and Alf, brother Jake in infancy and one sister Margaret.

Cremation has taken place.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, November 26, 2022, at 2:30 p.m., at Birchwood Funeral Chapel, Steinbach, MB. To join the family via livestream, please click HERE shortly before the start of the service.
