Elizabeth L. Reimer went to be with her Lord and Saviour on Saturday, August 4th, 2012 at the Bethesda Hospital in Steinbach, Manitoba at the age of 86. Elizabeth was born in the St. Anne Municipality, Manitoba on April 3, 1926, to Klaas R. E. and Anna (Loewen) Reimer. She was the second of five children. Elizabeth was deeply devoted to Jesus, her Lord and Saviour. Her faithfulness to the church was most remarkable in attendance, prayer, and generous giving. She was a true caring friend showing her love in whatever way she could. We will miss her friendly welcoming smile. Elizabeth is survived by her brother Henry, sisters Annie and Helen and many cousins, relatives and friends. We sorrow, but not as those who have no hope. Viewing will be held at the Ridgewood EMC Church on Wednesday, August 8 at 7: 00 p.m. with a devotional at 7:30 p.m. Funeral service will be held on Thursday, August 9th, 2:00 p.m. at the Ridgewood EMC Church with interment at the church cemetery. The family would like to thank Dr. Gumber and the Bethesda Hospital nursing staff for the loving care they provided for Elizabeth.
