Obituary of Roland Gagnon

Let us not mourn the loss of a great man, Roland Lucien Lionel Gagnon, who has sadly left us far too soon on Wednesday, August 16, 2023, peacefully at home with his loved ones by his side. Instead, we will bow our heads and remember and praise him for his greatness.

With his passing, he leaves behind the love of his life, the woman who was his queen, Diane Gagnon “Mama Blue Berry” and their children and grandchildren. Daughters Renèe and Angèl Gagnon, sons, André and Guy Gagnon, daughters-in-law, Christine Gagnon and Christy Perreaux and his 15 grandchildren, Brooke and Wade, Basil, Katelyn, François, Zoë, Desirée, Maxim, Keyra, Dominique, Calvin, Miikah, Anniya, Kylie, and Alexis Perreaux-Hebert.

His son Jean-Pierre Gagnon who has also passed on November 20, 2022, awaiting his greatness!

All who are blessed to have been in the presence of our Dad, who have felt his unconditional love, as a father, a brother, an uncle, Pepère, friend and mostly Lover and even as a complete stranger. We will all forever know and feel in our hearts, how indescribably beautiful of a soul he was. He leaves behind a piece of greatness within all of us, in the thing he had the most of, and that is heart. He will forever be remembered as the King he is. He will be Forever Loved.

Cheers to you our Papa, it’s your time now to shine your greatness with those who are waiting for you in a better place that needs their King! Willy Waller 1956 ❤️
