Obituary of Glen Anderson

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather Glen Wesley Anderson, aged 88 years, of Steinbach, MB., on Monday, November 13, 2023, at Bethesda Regional Health Centre, Steinbach, MB.

Glen is survived by his loving wife Angelene, three sisters: Betty, Doreen and Joan; one brother Allen, children: Linda (late Emil), Robert (Eilene), and Lorna (Brian); grandchildren: Jenifer(Andrew), Carleen (Ryan), Brydget, Kelsey, Owen (Danica), Tiffany (Admir) and Miranda; he is also survived by many great-grandchildren.

He was predeceased by his parents Wesley & Evelyn Anderson, brother Lawrence, brothers-in-law: Bernie, Stewart, Elton and son-in-law Emil.

The whole family would like to thanks the entire emergency department staff for taking such wonderful care of our loved one. The family would also like to thank each and every one of you for the kindness and support you have shown us during this difficult time.

In lieu of flowers, if friends so desire donations may be made in memory of Glen to the Heart & Stroke Foundation.

The funeral service will be held on Thursday, November 16, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. at Christ our Savior Catholic Parish, Steinbach, MB., with viewing one hour prior to the service. 

The interment will take place at Heritage Cemetery, Steinbach, MB.
