Obituary of Eva Gerbrandt

Eva Gerbrandt aged 97 years of Menno Home for the Aged, Grunthal, Manitoba, passed away Monday, December 11, 2023, at her residence.

She was born June 3, 1926, in Rosenfeld, MB.

She is survived by her four children: Marvin Gerbrandt (Gayle), Brian Gerbrandt (Elizabeth), Dale Gerbrandt (Deb), Shirley Thiessen (Myron); ten grandchildren and their spouses, 15 great-grandchildren and one brother.

She was predeceased by her loving husband Henry, a daughter in infancy, and all but one (a brother) of her 13 siblings.

The funeral service will be held Saturday, December 16, 2023, at 11:00 a.m., at Birchwood Funeral Chapel, Steinbach, MB., followed by lunch.  Interment will take place at Stuartburn Sommerfeld Church Cemetery, Stuartburn, MB.  Viewing will be at the chapel one hour prior to the funeral service.
