Obituary of Charles Fortin
Charles Fortin, aged 71 years, passed away on Thursday, May 9, 2024, at the Vita Personal Care Home, Vita, MB.
He is survived by his siblings, Robert (Diana), and Wendy as well as their families.
He was predeceased by his parents, Joan and Alcide Fortin.
The family would like to say thank you to the medical team and staff of the Vita Personal Care Home for providing care for Charles over the last several years.
May he rest in peace.
If so desired, donations in his honour may be made to the Manitoba Schizophrenia Society.
The private burial will take place at a later date.
