Marjorie Viola Haegeman, age 71, beloved wife of Roland Haegeman, passed away peacefully with her family at her side on Saturday, January 29th, 2011 at Bethesda Hospital in Steinbach. Marjorie Viola Tait was born on March 26, 1939 in Fisher River, MB. Marjorie grew up in Chatfield, MB where she met Roland. They were married April 12, 1969. Last year marked their 41st anniversary. Marjorie was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She is survived by her husband Roland, son Brian, daughter Shirley, son Paul (Lorraine), son James (Shirley), daughter Tammy (Maurice) as well as many grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her son-in-law Ivan. We would like to extend special thanks to the staff at Bethesda Hospital. A memorial service will be held on Friday, February 4, 2011 at the Mitchell CMC Church, 57 Willow Street, Mitchell, MB. An interment of ashes will be held at a later date.
