Tina Funk of Winnipeg passed away peacefully at Vista Park Lodge on December 16, 2007 at the age of 86 years. She is survived by her children Nela (Abe Giesbrecht) of Winnipeg, John (Marie) of Kleefled, Maria (John Enns) of Grunthal, Ben of Winnipeg, Jake (Wendy) of Winnipeg, Abe (Norene) of Winnipeg, Kelly (Dennis King) of Winnipeg, Elvi (Glen Hildebrand) of Winnipeg and their families. She was predeceased by her husband Peter M. Funk, one son in infancy, one granddaughter and eight siblings. Viewing will be held at Birchwood Funeral Chapel, Steinbach on Thursday, December 20 at 7:00 p.m. with a devotional at 7:30 p.m. The funeral service will be held at Birchwood Funeral Chapel on Friday, December 21at 2:00 p.m. with interment at the Grunthal Cemetery.
