Maria (Mary) Koop, 90, passed away peacefully January 21, 2008. She is survived by three daughters: Mary ( Herman Froese); Elsie (Abe Bartel); Helen (Ben Giesbrecht); one son Abe (Helen) Koop; one daughter-in-law Linda Koop; twelve grandchildren, twenty great-grand children and one sister, Margaret, in Germany. She was predeceased by one son John, three great-grandsons, one brother Abe Kasdorf, one brother and one sister in Germany. Funeral Service will be held at Birchwood Funeral Chapel, 150 Penfeld Drive, Steinbach, MB, on Thursday January 24, at 2:00 pm. Viewing one hour prior to the service.
