On Monday, February 4, 2008, Peter G. Wiebe, age 85, passed away at the Menno Home for the Aged, Grunthal, MB. He is survived by his 5 children: Larry (Marie) of Steinbach, Dolores of Steinbach, Roy (Eileen) of Winnipeg, Diana Bourgeois of LaBroquerie, Rocky (Kathy) of Steinbach, (oldest grandson Michael was raised as a son), 18 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, and brother Frank of Winnipeg. He was predeceased by his first wife Margaret in 1991, second wife Mae, one son in infancy, and two great-grandchildren in infancy. The funeral service will be held Monday, February 11, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. at the Emmanuel Evangelical Free Church, 360 McKenzie, Steinbach, MB. with interment at the Heritage Cemetery.
