Agnes Warkentin, age 96, passed away peacefully at the Menno Home for the Aged, Grunthal, MB, on March 9, 2008. She will be lovingly remembered by her four sons: John (Martha), Winnipeg; Rudy (Sylvia), Steinbach; Henry (Eileen), Winnipeg; Abe (Myrna), Steinbach; as well as grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by one daughter, Agnes Klassen, her husband John F. Warkentin, two brothers, one sister, two step-sisters, one step-brother, and one son-in-law. The funeral service will be held Saturday, March 15, at 11:00 a.m. at the Steinbach Mennonite Church, 345 Loewen Blvd, with viewing prior to the service. Interment will take place at Memorial Cemetery, Steinbach.
