Peter A. Martens, of Steinbach, MB passed away at the Bethesda Hospital on Tuesday, May 14, 2013 at the age of 72 years. He is survived by his wife Agnes of 45 years; three sons James (Cheryl) and their children Cheyanne and Elena, Jeff (Bonny) and their children Dominic, Barrett, Alex and Cole; and Jason (Kathryn) and their children Brielle and Riley; three brothers. He was predeceased by his parents Peter and Margaret Martens and one brother. There will be a visitation with viewing at Birchwood Funeral Chapel in Steinbach on Friday, May 17 at 7:00 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 18 at 11:00 a.m. at Birchwood Funeral Chapel in Steinbach with a private family interment at Heritage Cemetery prior to the service.
