My sincere Condolences go out to Gord, Lorne, and Howard and your families on the passing of your Dad. I want to Thank-you for how you treated us as family, when my husband Richard Reimer was employed at Merit Transport. We have very many memories we could share with you. The one I will share is that our young boys would call him Grandpa Reimer. They were always excited to be able to see him. May God comfort your family in the weeks and months to come. Such good memories with Uncle Arnold and Auntie Annie and the family, running back and forth between our houses through the bushes, going camping and on trips. Always felt they were interested and cared even as I got older. Cherish your memories.

Our condolences go out to the entire Reimer family. Through the stories and pictures my parents had of the many many trips that they took with Arnold and Annie - I feel like a dear friend has passed on. Those trips were a highlight for my mom and dad! Thanks for your special friendship to them all those years. You were a fun loving man who knew how to organize a good time.
Thank you!

Arnold and Annie’s friendship and support to my parents and later to Betty and me will always be cherished. Also is support of my work will always be remembered fondly. Although much older than me Arnold was one of my favourite golf partners. Blessings to the whole family. Your Dad will be fondly remembered. Truly the epitome on 2nd Timothy 4:7-8. Don and Betty

I had the privilege of getting to know Mr.Reimer a little over 3 years ago. He was so kind, compassionate, caring and enthusiastic. I can still hear him saying "Candace (somehow he started calling me Janice which is the name of my Mom who has already passed away that he had no idea of so that made it special and he wasn't corrected calling me that) that's fantastic"or just fantastic! When we would go out for breakfast he wanted to drive and would always ask me "so for an old guy (95) my driving is pretty good isn't it? I can still park straight and that's fantastic! I was honoured to be with Mr.Reimer during the time of the passing of his beloved wife, even in his hurting he cared about everyone else around him. I'd often come see him when the jets game was finishing, he was cheering loudly or giving advice loudly and then Faith to live by with Pastor Barber was starting and we would enjoy listening then he would follow up with stories about his life and how God was so wonderful to him. Even though my time with Mr.Reimer was short, he has left an impact on my life and I am grateful for the blessing he was to me.

Mr Reimer was a true gentlemen and a rare gem that the town of Landmark could always count on.
The old "Cable Stable" holds a special place in the hearts of many and his presence there was something we all took for granted. Mr Reimer would sell us a ticket for the game and a minute later would serve up a hot dog at the canteen, all done on a first name basis and with an infectious enthusiasm and a hearty laugh. A few hours later he was still there, pushing a broom for the final clean up and making sure all the lights were off.
Mr Arnold Reimer was a class act and wise man that many of us owe a great deal of gratitude for giving us these great Landmark memories.
My condolences to the Reimer family. Your Dad was an awesome man!

My deepest condolences to his family. I so enjoyed getting to know him again during my time serving lunches at Bridgepark. He would tell whoever sat at his table that I had grown up down the street from where he used to live. I always looked forward to chatting with him.
